Represent PA Executive Director, Christine Jacobs joined Stacy Hawkins, a law professor at Rutgers Law School and an expert in diversity and the law, to discuss the wave of Black women ascending to high ranking positions in public office. Jacobs expressed that women, particularly Black women, are now exerting their power and boosting other women to leadership roles to achieve a reflective democracy in Pennsylvania.
