Breakfast Briefing - The Legislative Agenda in Harrisburg: where’s the REAL focus?
Time & Location
About the Event
The PA legislative agenda - controlled by certain Republicans - was just released and here’s what’s on it:
One thing these topics have in common -- building a base for the 2022 election and making the issues about individual rights rather than addressing the issues that matter most!
Join Represent PA on October 7 at 8:30 am and hear from an education advocate and a PA state legislator about what they think of this agenda and what would be different about it if the Democrats had the majority in Harrisburg.
We’ll have as our guests: Donna Cooper, Executive Director of Children First, joined by State Rep. Mary Isaacson, HD-175 (Philadelphia). These women will share their ideas about this upcoming agenda, what legislation and support they’d like to see from Harrisburg and their ideas for how the state legislature should be focusing its energy and efforts.
Things won’t change for Democrats in Pennsylvania without the majority!
This Breakfast Briefing will be moderated by Christine Jacobs, Executive Director of Represent PA. Consider inviting your friends and neighbors to listen in and learn about the agenda and the real issues facing Pennsylvanians.
These briefings benefit from participant questions. If you plan to join us, please send any questions you might have in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org
