GOOD GIRLS REVOLT, RUN FOR OFFICE AND SUPPORT PROGRESSIVE WOMEN
Author, journalist and advocate Lynn Povich will join Represent PA on March 6, 2018 for an evening discussion on the infamous Newsweek Lawsuit, advocacy and why, now more than ever, women need to come together.
As women take their rightful place in elected offices, on the campaign trail, in business and media, Represent PA is thrilled to welcome to Philadelphia a “good girl” who revolted, organized women, sued her bosses and changed the workplace.
Povich, the author of Good Girls Revolt - How the Women Of Newsweek Sued their Bosses and Changed the Workplace and the inspiration for the groundbreaking Amazon series, will share her story, what's changed and what hasn't, and discuss the importance of women organizing and coming together, online and in person.
