About the Event
There are Pennsylvania Judicial races in 2021. While Represent PA does not endorse in judicial races, we will continue to provide Civics Education for Pennsylvania Voters through our Breakfast Briefing Series.
Join us on March 10 at 8:30 am to learn about the judicial system in Pennsylvania including:
- What are the various levels of courts?
- What kinds of cases are discussed in these courts?
- Why are judges elected in Pennsylvania?
- What should I look for when making an election decision?
We will be pleased to hear from Judge Federica Messiah-Jackson, who formerly served on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and Deborah Gross who served on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention and currently acts as an investigator for them.
Christine Jacobs, Executive Director of Represent PA will moderate the program. Please join us.
These briefings benefit from participant questions. If you plan to join us, please send any questions you might have in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to seeing you in cyberspace!
